Eclectic and playful, Chloé combines French sophistication with an English festival girl
style for a carefree, sporty collection. “It’s about a poetic and charming way of putting
things together, flirting with innocence from a place of strength,” says Chloé’s
Sophisticated laces and silks are mixed in a relaxed, nonchalant way through a wardrobe
punctuated by parkas, jogging pants, boyfriend culottes and silk scarf blouses,
combining fluid Parisian chic with easy English attitude.
Chloé’s knitwear has a playfulness in dimensional patchwork cables in felted wool
stretch and an enlarged floral intarsia for an airy lace sweater. Typically woven pieces
are reinvented in soft knits, such as the knit effect teddy shearling in a leather trimmed
v-neck.
Outerwear finds its ease in British military parka constructions, notably jackets in
padded and quilted cottons and silks, the hooded poncho and patchwork sheepskin
coats. Quilting as a technique is played out in the traditional sense, but also in a heat
embossed fluid version on modern Japanese fabrics.
For the evening, magnified off-white lace provides the foundation for a pearl-scattered
story with appliqué lace flowers. The new T-shirt is in fine lace with satin sleeves, whilst

Soft brights shine and light up Chloé’s eclectic mix, a rainbow of candy pinks, brick red,
lemon and apricot, dusty blues and mint, tempered with classic camel and a dash of
letterbox red.
Shoes range from rounded pumps with slanted and cone heels and loose ankle straps in
glazed leather and lizard, to evening sandals with oversized pearls. Chloé’s three-in-one
Lucy bag in quilted leather and crocodile with a chain strap and the oversized pochette
are key new shapes.
